The Memel territory is being flooded with illegal leaflets urging a complete boycott against the Jews, including no buying from them or selling to them. Many Jews have received threatening letters warning them not to visit Memel sea resorts or “short work will be made” of them. The police are investigating. Memel, formerly German, was annexed by Lithuania after the war.
