Nazi Germany will never surrender the principle of race legislation and German law will never surrender it as a fundamental basis for a racial life, Minister of Justice Hans Frank declared here at a press reception at the German Academy of Law.
“We do not interfere with the constitutional problems of other countries and therefore cannot tolerate that the German nation be attacked for its constitutional principles,” Frank asserted. “Hardly ever has any other great constitutional change been so humanely accomplished as has German racial legislation.”
