Nearly two-thirds of French voters oppose any deals between mainstream right- wing parties and the extreme-right National Front, according to a poll published by the daily Liberation. The poll was conducted after six rightist politicians were elected regional presidents last Friday after getting the backing of the anti-immigrant Front. Five of the six were later suspended from their party, the center-right Union for French Democracy.
