A resolution calling for intensified activities to ameliorate the economic position of the Polish Jews, stressing the need of a central credit institution and a special export fund, was adopted by a conference of the Jewish Economic Committee, attended by delegates from all provincial centers. Another resolution expressed gratitude to the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee for “its deep understanding of the needs of Jewish economy in Poland.
