Negotiations for a preferential trade treaty between Israel and the six nations of the European Common Market will be held here Nov. 12-14. The Israeli negotiating team will be headed by Ambassador Moshe Alon, chief of the Israeli mission to the European Economic Community. It will be composed of representatives of the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Finance, Trade and Industry.
The European delegation will consist of officials of the ECC executive commission assisted by observers from the six member nations. A second round of negotiations is expected to take place before the end of the year.
