Netherlands Labor Premier Johan den Uyl will attend the Israel Labor Party convention Feb. 23 at the latter’s invitation. He will be accompanied by the Dutch Labor Party’s international secretary Harry van den Bergh, and the chairman of the Labor Party, Mrs. Ina van den Heuvel.
