Emanuel Neumann of New York and Heschel Farbstein of Poland, yesterday tendered their resignations as members of the Jewish Agency Executive, with headquarters in Jerusalem, in a cablegram received by Nahum Sokolow, president of the World Zionist Organization, and the Jewish Agency for Palestine.

The resignations, it is stated, were in protest against cuts in the budgets of their departments.

The London Zionist Executive hopes that a crisis may be averted and that means of settling the differences may be found.
