Dr. Emanuel Neumann, a member of the Jewish Agency executive, returned during the week-end from London, where he had participated in the Agency talks with the British Government.
He charged that the British decision to take the Palestine issue to the U.N. would mean “additional delay in dealing with the pressing problem of homeless Jews.” Dr. Neumann said his full report would be given at the national extraordinary session of Zionist leaders opening tomorrow in Washington.
