A new agency to aid the resettlement in this country of some 25,000 European technicians and specialists now in DP camps was announced here yesterday by Roland Elliott, chairman of the organizing committee for the new body, the Emergency Council for Displaced European Professionals.
Among the groups which have joined to form the new body is the United Service for New Americans, whose associate director, Arthur Greenleigh, has been named to the organizing committee. The would-be immigrants have all been certified as specialists and professionals by the International Refugee Organization.
