The outbreak of the Russo-German war has been accompanied by introduction of new anti-Jewish measures in the Czech Protectorate and Slovakia, authoritative Czechoslovak quarters here reported today.
The National Union in the Protectorate has issued a decree forbidding Jews to do business during certain fixed hours. The Slovak authorities have sharpened measures against Jewish doctors, although a serious lack of doctors and dentists is already being felt throughout the country.
In Holland, shares of Dutch industries sold as result of liquidation of Jewish interests have been bought up by Germans, Dutch circles here reported. Dutch banks have been asked to open credits for Germans desiring to buy such shares.
