ARREST OF 140 FASCISTS WAS ANNOUNCED IN CONNECTION WITH PREVIOUS BOMBINGS. THE ARRESTS WERE MADE UPON ORDER OF INTERIOR MINISTER M.T. KRASNOVSKY, TO WHOM A DELEGATION OF JEWISH LEADERS HAD PROTESTED.
