The New Brunswick Legislature after a long debate on the future of the Parish of Simonds near Saint John, appointed H. Carl Goldenberg of Montreal to make a one-man inquiry into municipal organization in the greater Saint John area. Mr. Goldenberg, an expert on municipal problems, is expected to start the inquiry after the terms of reference are published next week.
