The medical authorities today issued a decree forbidding the panels (medical insurance associations) to send patients to Jewish specialists for operations or to private Jewish clinics for treatment. The decree states that German patients may be sent only to “Aryan” institutions.
Jewish members of the panels, the decree adds, may be sent to Jewish clinics only with the special permission of the head of the Association of Panel Doctors.
