New facts with regard to Schwartzbard’s residence in Hungary were furnished the correspondent of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency here by the Budapest police today.

The police stated that Schwartzbard was not expelled from Hungary in 1909 because of the alleged charge of burglary against him, but because at that time the police sent unemployed refugees out of the country.
