Captain E. G. S. Skeels, whom the United British Fascist party disavowed Wednesday as its candidate in the Cambridge by-election because he was too closely identified with Nazism and anti-Semitism, today announced the formation of a new party called the United British Fascists. This brings the number of Fascist parties in England to five. They include three “united” Fascist groups.

In spite of the revelations of Capt. Skeels’s intimate association with the German Nazis, he continues to claim that he is no anti-Semite. He retains a clause in his program condemning religious discrimination.
