Ben-Ami Kadish, an 85-year-old former army engineer, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to one of the four conspiracy charges he faced, The Associated Press reported. Kadish is to be sentenced in February and, according to a prosecutor, the government will not oppose a sentence calling for no prison time.
Kadish was charged with taking home classified documents when he worked at an army base in New Jersey and allowing an Israeli agent to photograph them in his home.
