An appeal to Lithuanians regardless of race or religion to collaborate for the country’s welfare was broadcast on the radio today by Justas Paleckis, new President and Premier. Paleckis, who heads the regime set up following occupation of Lithuania by the Soviet, pledged the Government to a fight on chauvinism.
