Premier Jonas Cernius, head of the new Government of National Concentration, said in a declaration today that the Government would not infringe on the rights of minorities and would continue the centuries-old tradition of friendship between the Lith people and the national minorities. No one will be persecuted because of race or religion, General Cernius declared.
