A periodical devoted to “protection of the Italian race” will make its appearance in August, it was announced here today. Announcement of the publication is in line with the recent establishment by the Interior Ministry of a special department for demography and “race protection,” which followed proclamation of a ten-point race doctrine declaring Italians to be “aryan” and Jews outside the Italian people.
