The memory of Joseph Trumpeldor. Jewish labor leader and hero of the New Palestine, who died in defense of a Jewish colony against an Arab attack. was honored today on the occasion of the anniversary of his death.
Many Jewish workers made a pilgrimage to his grave which is located in Tel Chai. where he died, placing wreaths on his grave.
At the close of the memorial exercises a “Brith Trumpelor,” a pioneers’ organization, was formed.
