A special department for Jewish problems headed by B. Hausner, Polish vice-consul at Tel Aviv, Palestine, will be created by the new Polish cabinet headed by Marshal Pilsudski, according to a report in the “Hajntige Najes” which is not confirmed as yet from other sources. Mr. Hausner, who was recently recalled to Poland by the foreign ministry on a matter relating to the promotion of trade between Poland and Palestine, was decorated by the former trade minister with the Officers’ Order Polonia Restituta.
