A statement of the policy of the new Polish conservative party, formed by Count Radziwill, presumably with the support of Marshal Pilsudski, was issued here yesterday.
The party, which was joined by a numbers of Jewish industrialists, including the well known textile manufacturer, Posnanski of Lodz, declares in its statement that the Jewish question is an integral part of the minorities problem in Poland. This question can be solved more easily than that of the other minorities. The Jews must be permitted to preserve their religious, national and cultural characteristics, but the part of the Jews toward the state. The statement declares that the Conservative party is sympathetically inclined toward the upbuilding of Palestine, the Jewish national home, but the Jews remaining in Poland must be loyal to the Polish state and live their own national lives.
