The Ministry for National Minorities, which was abolished by Premier Maniu, who resigned his office last week, has been restored by Dr. Alexander Vaida Voevod, who succeeds Maniu as Prime Minister.
M. Serban has been appointed undersecretary for the Minorities. He himself is not a member of any minority group.
