A new settlement of smallholding farms for 60 German Jewish middle-class families has been established by the Palestine Rural and Suburban Settlement Company (Rassco) on 2,000 dunams of land owned by the Jewish National Fund near Nathanya. The settlers received a loan from the endowment of £10,000 by Isaac Feuering, for whom the settlement has been named.
