Several hundred Catholics–members of the Our Lady of the Snows parish, organized in a new housing development in Queens, in this city have been holding regular services since last September in the rear of a stationery store made available to them by Benjamin Wanger, a Jew, since they lack a regular church, it was reported today in the New York Daily News, The Rev. William F. Murr pastor of the parish, expressed his gratitude to Wanger and to George M. Gross, president of the housing development, for making the store available to his parish for religious services.
