Nine technical assistance agreements involving $1,872,000 and 1,500,000 Israel pounds in counterpart funds were signed at Ha’kirya yesterday by Bruce McDaniel, U.S. Technical Cooperation Administration director for Israel, and Ichud Avriel, head of the Israel technical assistance counterpart organization.
The agreements cover U.S. technical aid in agriculture, industry, education, communications, public works, water supply, health and vocational training, civil administration, governmental services and Negev mines.
