Harry M. Marks has been elected president of the Jewish Welfare Board’s Camp Wel Met, a new non-profit camp for boys between the ages of 8 and 16, opening July 1st on Lake Tiorati, Palisades Interstate Park.
The Bronx Y.M. & Y.W.H.A., 171st Street and Fulton Avenue, will offer this Summer a series of courses in folk and character dancing, especially organized for teachers. The courses will include Russian, Spanish and Hungarian work and are scheduled to begin July 1.
