New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik is traveling to Israel for a series of talks with his Israeli counterparts, according to the New York Post. Kerik will discuss combating terror, crowd control, and coping with the use and sale of Ecstasy in Israel and the United States, the newspaper reported.
