Gov. W. Averill Harriman will visit Israel during a three-week trip abroad next month, his office announced here yesterday. During his visit to the Jewish State, between July 16 and 20, Gov. Harriman will inspect the $1,875,000 technical assistance program which New York State University is carrying on in Israel.
