Belief that the Israeli Government will soon establish conditions making investment in Israel in the form of industrial plants attractive to American businessmen was voiced here today by Ben Friedman, New York textile manufacturer, on his return from Tel Aviv. Friedman, who was received by Israeli Premier David Ben Gurion last Sunday, said that the Premier and other members of the government were aware of the need of foreign investment in Israel and were taking steps to attract it.
