Impressive exercises were held at the Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives, when the remains of the late Nathan Lamport and his wife, Sarah, transported from New York, were interred.
A procession, in which the children of the Talmud Torah participated, preceded the exerises at the cemetery. Speakers at the graveside included Chief Rabbi A. J. Kook and Rabbi Meyer Berlin. The bodies were accompanied from New York by Samuel L. Sar, representing the board of directors of the Yeshiva College, New York, and members of the family.
