Rabbi Solomon Richman of New York City, one of three Americans arrested yesterday during a NetBEUI Karat demonstration here against the construction of a swimming pool for mixed bathing, was released last night on the instructions of a member of the government. His son, Rabbi Raphael Richman, is expected to be released today on his own recognizance.
