An order for 5,000 copies of the “Protocols of Zion,” notorious anti-Semitic forgery, were placed with a New York printer last month by Ernest F. Elmhurst, one of the defendants in the Federal government’s ill-fated sedition trial, it was revealed today by the Mayer’s Committee on Unity.
The committee warned that other hate groups have resumed their activities in the New York area, including the so called Protestant War Veterans, which is run by Edward James Smythe, another indicted seditionist.
