Mayor Vincent J. Murphy today extended a formal welcome to Dr. Yitzchak Werfel, member of the executive of the Jewish Agency and the head of its immigration Department. Dr. Werfel, who is a leader of the Hapoel Hamizrachi, religious Labor Zionist organization, received the toys to the city from the Mayor.
