Former Premier David Ben-Gurion arrived here today to begin a tour of three continents as guest of the Jewish communities of South Africa, Latin America, and Europe. He plans to stay here until the middle of this month. He will talk to his hosts about the importance of Hebrew education for children and adults and about settlement in Israel.
