The Jewish community here is mourning the death on Monday of Mrs. Hannah M. Hirschmann, long active in Jewish religious and philanthropic circles. She was 76 years old and was born in Lithuania, coming to this country in 1886. Mrs. Hirschmann was president of the ladies auxiliary of the Avondale Talmud Torah; financial secretary of the Orthodox Jewish Home for the Aged; president of the Ladies Benevolent Society and secretary of the Mikweh, of Kenseba Israel Congregation. She is survived by a son, Aaron Hirschmann of this city and a brother, Louis Bloch of Tulsa, Okla. Her husband, Moses, died in 1917.
