At a meeting of the junior division attended by representatives of fifty young peoples’ Jewish organizations, plans were mapped for the Annual United Jewish Appeal drive to be held May 19 to 29. The campaign will be directed by Flora Rothenberg, national president of the Council of Jewish Juniors, and Jane Metzger and Nancy Newman of the junior division.
Judge Joseph A. Richardson of Common Pleas Court, Attorney Harold Oberman and Attorney Humen Schlessinger will speak before the Hilary Club of the Y. M. & Y. W. H. A. at a meeting Sunday night of its junior affiliated clubs.
