The board of governors of Hebrew Union College is making arrangements to bring to the faculty two German-Jewish scholars who have been driven out of their professions in Germany to deliver lecture courses during the next scholastic year. Five German rabbinical students will also be brought over, it was announced. A project to broaden the scope of the college is under discussion, by which courses for laymen in general Jewish scholarship will be included in the curriculum.
