The Frankfurter Zeitung in an editorial today calls upon the regime of Chancellor Hitler to revise its attitude on the Jewish question.
Declaring that German economy, now in a state approximating strangulation, cannot hope for improvement so long as Jewish firms are refused admission to the Labor Front, the anti-Jewish boycott is carried out by force and Jews are isolated and continuously branded as “enemies,” the Zeitung appeals for relaxation of Nazi restrictions against the Jews.
“Don’t destroy the non-Aryans,” the editorial says. “Give them an equal chance with others to live and work.”
