Nahum Sokolow of the Zionist Executive stopping here on the way to Warsaw, where he has gone to help in the Keren Hayesed campaign, told the J.C.B. that he has visited the Schuetzenhaus, which he found eminently suited for the next Zionist Congress, and that it will undoubtedly be held there.
Mr. Sokolow was cordially received here at a dinner following his reception at the railway station. One million Polish marks were collected for the Keren Hayesod. It was decided also to inscribe Mr. Sokolow’s name in the Golden Book of the Jewish National Fund.
