Nigerian authorities are holding an Iranian diplomat who was caught with a digital camera staking out the Israeli Embassy. Reuters quoted Israeli security sources and Nigerian newspapers as saying last week that the man had photographed the Israeli Embassy and other sensitive buildings in Abuja, including the British Council and the Nigerian Defense Ministry.
