The National Jewish Community Relations Advisory Council declined to comment on the results of its emergency meeting this morning on the full-page anti-Israel and anti-Zionist advertisement in yesterday’s New York Times. The advertisement, placed by publicist-broadcaster Norman F. Dacey of Southbury, Conn., accused President Nixon of “blind support” for Israel’s policy of “pure aggression,” “brutal physical torture of Arab prisoners.” “gross violations” of the Geneva Conventions and other “discriminatory” practices. The NJCRAC is comprised of nine national and 92 local Jewish groups.
