Jewish students completing satisfactorily their university courses will not be admitted to the examinations for graduation and will not be permitted to receive their diplomas according to an order issued by the Minister of Education. Privy Councillor Helfritz, rector of the University of Breslau, referring to this order, declared that an appeal to the ministry against this decision would be useless, since the Minister of Education does not intend to make any exceptions to this rule.
The order applies to all Prussian universities and to all faculties. As a result, Jews who have completed their preparations for the practice of medicine, will be unable to practice since they will be unable to obtain the necessary diplomas.
