The Official Gazette, “Dzienik Ustaw”, announces to-day the adoption by Parliament of the bill abolishing the Czarist restrictions. This completes the procedure necessary for the law to enter into force, so that from to-day all citizens of the Polish Republic enjoy fully equal rights.
