There are no prospects that the rigid Palestine censorship will be abolished soon, Acting High Commissioner John V. M. Shaw said today. He added that he would try to liberalize the censorship.
A demand that the censorship be lifted was made last month by several Hebrew dailies and a resolution to that effeot was adopted at a meeting of the Jewish Journalists Association.
