The Viborg Regional Council refused today to permit the Danish neo-Nazi movement to rebuild their Nazi memorial park which was destroyed last month by former members of the Danish anti-Nazi underground. The park, which contained a memorial stone honoring German soldiers killed on the Russian front, was blown up with a dynamite charge. A spokesman for the Council told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency “We are determined, but the Nazis can take the issue to the Supreme Court and should the court rule in their favor, we shall have to give in an ours is a democratic country.”
