Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel criticized “anti-Semitism in Jewish leftist circles” in America and what he called their “desire to please the outside world.” Speaking at the opening session of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee’s annual policy conference, Wiesel said Jews should not use their Jewishness as an excuse to condemn Israel.
