Zionist constituences all over the world will be represented at the forthcoming Fifteenth Zionist Congress in Basle, the birth-place of political Zionism, by 275 delegates, it was estimated here to-day.

The list will be made up of delegates duly elected by the various Zionist groups as well as by the members of the General Council known as the Actions Committee and the members of the Zionist Executive who are delegates to Zionist Congresses by reason of their office.

A tentative identification of the delegates as to their party affiliation shows that 50 will represent the Mizrachi, Orthodox Zionist organization; 45 the Labor group, Zeiri Zion and Poale Zion; 9 the Zionist Revisionists; 6 Radical Zionist and the rest, 165, the so-called General Zionists. The last group, although it is subdivided on minor issues, is in general understood to support the Weizmann policy.

The correspondent of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency here learns that no report of the Experts Commission of the Jewish Agency which is now investigating the situation in Palestine with a view to mapping out a program for the next ten years’ work will be presented to the Congress. It is. however expected that a plan to create an Agrarian bank will be submitted by the Executive.
