Frederic C. Walcott, treasurer of the Commission for Polish Relief, who arrived from Europe on the Conte di Savoia Saturday, told the J.T.A. today that arrangements had been completed with the German authorities for distribution of relief in Poland on a non-sectarian basis. “Germany has accepted all our conditions,” he said, “and the relief will be absolutely nonsectarian.”
Walcott declared that distribution of relief would be supervised by Americans, but actually carried out by the Polish Self-Help Organization for the Poles and a local Jewish organization for the Jews.
