A delegation representing non-Zionist parties who make up the opposition group in the Budapest Jewish community today called on Secretary of State Istvan Balogh and presented a memorandum demanding new community elections, charging that the present leaders are not representative.
Marton Frisch, a Jew who was charged with having aided the Nazis in Hungary in beating and robbing Jews, and who escaped during his trial has been recaptured and will be tried soon, it was announced today. Frisch succeeded in hiding his Nazi activities and was appointed a member of a Peoples Court after the liberation. He was exposed by witnesses who recognized him while he sat on the bench.
